i think at least 15 years ago, there were structural changes in connection with the 'title' to kingdom halls.. and what has now been quoted is not veri much different (as i remember)..it's a bit paranoid to see every legal adjustment as evidence of trickery..personally, i think it's got more to do with the organisation (as a whole) retaining ownership if the majority in a congregation became apostate..i'm sure that in many other religions there would be similar precautions..
