Will the WTS not find any needy ones and therfore keep the money awards??
Probably...or they'd reason that they are meeting these people's "needs" by telling them to pray, study, go out in service, and look forward to living forever.
They might direct local congregations to give a few talks about helping needy ones, but I highly doubt that any funds will be made available from the WTS for such a thing. Kind of like the business of having brothers donate work and materials to repair houses after a disaster and then getting the dub homeowners to sign over their insurance checks to Brooklyn. I wouldn't think that was so bad except that from what I've heard and read, those congregations that did the actual work do not get reimbursed. Seems like what goes into the WTS coffers in Brooklyn, stays in Brooklyn.
