Farkel, excellent example of just how misguided the WTS is. From my years in the Borg, I recollect how they will suggest even LOYAL Dubs go to every gubment agency first before they will offer any sort for material help. If not a JW yet, one must at least be a promising "prospect" (studyng, planning baptism, yada, yada, yada) before they bend to help.
