Not Feeling It  hard to keep up

hi,

I just spent the past couple of weeks really busy with work and unable to check out this site.

typically I hit the active topics section to read what I want of what's new and interesting.

I've noticed that visited links to forums are almost the same color as unvisited ones (dark blue). just wondering if the admins can change the color of the css or a:link tags to a more distinct color from the unclicked ones.

I am aware one can set that on one's pc, but I use several different pcs to read the site and my smartphone depending on where I am physically at the time.

</suggestion> :-)

thanks bunches

While I can't help I am interested in that setting on one's pc that you refer to.  Can you step us through on that -- I'm using Firefox browser, if that matters.

I for one would be very interested in browsing these forums using threaded mode (I think that's what it's called) instead of the page mode or sequential mode. The lack of color change is what holds me back.

Take a look here Mr. Len: http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Options+window

Have fun. Maybe someone will respond to my original post too. ;-)

I used to set my browser to hover as red, unvisited as blue and visited as purple. I think with more CSS used (Cascading Style Sheets) this may be a bygone feature.

Sounds like a personal problem.

Har har, Mr. Link.

I promise to never ask about keeping up regarding any "plumbing" matters.

Really though, since I only have a whopping .63 posts/day, I don't get to check the site much. If anyone is listening, making links look a bit more distinct for visited and unvisited would be nice.
