hi outlaw,.................... some guesses from me;1. ............. the gov body had made deals with the previous gov in malawi, and they were still supporting them. (they play polictics all the time)......... they didn't want to publicly show support for the new gov, so they let the members die over a 25 cent citizenship card.2. it was great publicity!......... they turned the massacre into a publicity stunt, and the donations were rolling in, straight to headquarters, where they decide what to do with the money. the whole organization was motivated by the torturing and killing of the malawi members.3. mexico was having a tremendous increase.......... bringing in the donations...... no need to upset that.
