I will need to do some research on this but perhaps one of you fine folks know the answer to my question(s).
If a single (or widowed) JW woman wanted to have a child and she wanted to carry the baby herself (as opposed to adoption) and she decided to have artificial insemination, would the elder's try to DF her? What stance does the Society take on this issue? Anybody know? I mean, she didn't have sex. She just wanted to bear and raise a child.
Imagine all of the gossip when the "friends" begin to notice that she's single yet pregnant.
