I have been dreading this study for several weeks.  I knew what the consequences would be because

my wife would once again get all holy again and give me the "I can't do that because I feel so guilty."

(Witnesses feel guilty about everything from not going in service, to missing a meeting, to not studying

the Watchtower before the meeting.)  I was hoping against all odds that no one would bring out the

reference to the 1983 Watchtower that delt with oral sex with married couples because  todays article

delt with unmarried people doing the "dirty deed".  I was going to tell my wife that the Watchtower is

saying that oral sex is wrong if you are not married and then all would be well.  However some brother

had to raise his hand and say that the Society also says that oral sex is a sin for married people and

that if found out you will be disfellowshipped and referred to the 1983 Watchtower article.  My wife gave

me a nudge and I knew that was the end of sex that I enjoy.  There were comments on how much cleaner

the Witnesses are compared to the world thanks to the "faithful and discreet slave."  The Bible does not

even have the words 'oral sex" in it but the Watchtower says that it is forbidden and of course the

Witnesses know that God writes the Watchtower.  I really am TooBad and TooSad.

This just reinforces my view that jw's, elders in particular are perverts. If the public knew this is what goes on in the kh there would be outrage. Exposing young children to explicit sexual practices is illegal in some places, just because they don't bring pictures makes it no less disgusting. They have absolutely no shame.

The fact that oral sex was openly discussed by an adult in the presence of a minor needs to be brought to the attention of the athorities.

Religion can not be the vehicle that allows PERVERTS to openly discuss such matters with minors present. 

Once again, I ask "Where does it say in the Bible that you can govern that aspect of my life?" Just like it's a no for tubal ligation or vasectomy. Or what length of skirt or type of suit, color of tie or shoes? How much makeup, what style of hair. Everything is governed, no one can think for themselves. It's a bit like China or the communist Korea.

To realize the full absurdity of it all one must read Crisis of Conscience. You read of the GB saying sex with an animal or anal sex are not grounds for divorce, because you are not becoming one flesh ie. capable of reproduction. People actually write in to the Society with these questions and then must live with the rulings.

Exactly. I would not let anyone near me who had sex with an animal. But the sister in question could not divorce him without the typical reprocussions of a non-scriptural divorce. And if continuing married, she must give him his "due" or risk trouble again. GRRRRR!!!
