Maybe it will be better if it is handled in the Supreme Court. More publicity that way. This judge obviously lacks analytical skills. He should see the difference between a mother asking elders for help and a person confessing to sins. Two very distinct situations which do not parallel each other whatsoever. I believe Nathan may have hit the nail on the head about the competence of the Berry's attorneys. Why did they fail to drive that point home? I hope they do better in the higher court.
