Heehee. Folks, I apologize.A few months ago, I was researching Rand on the web, and was using "bomb" or "smart bomb" or whatever as part of the search. Nothing was coming up except ex-JW sites which was using this phrase to explain some of the applications the engines were being used with; nothing of real substance other than allegations. Back then, for some reason I was just having trouble finding a good secular document like the one I posted. So, I was excited when I happened across this stockbroker.com website!! Now it seems I can't open a web browser window without bumping into a Rand Cam Engine/military application site. ("They're everywhere! They're everywhere!")
