In my recovery I learned that explanations are not excuses. We are responsible for who we are and how we treat others. If we suffered some sort of horror in our lives, that doesn't excuse our bad behaviors, it only explains them.I just think that Longo isn't the only person to blame in all of this. He is the main perpetrator, and I sure hope he is punished appropriately, but his family, religion, etc. all played a part in this tragedy.Tammy
