	Up until recent decades the Mexican government did not allow religious organizations to own property.  The Watchtower Printing Corporation loves to own property.  In order to do so they declared themselves as a cultural organization and instructed their members not to do things that might identify them as a religious book-selling organization. I distinctly remember being under the impression that the witnesses were under ban in Mexico when I was a dub. Farkel
